Job Description

Our client is located in Holiday, Florida and were founded in 1980. They are the leading supplier of specialized sealing solutions and performance rubber and plastic components. They are seeking a Purchasing/ Customer Service Associate to ensure all aspects of Customer's orders are handled in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all purchase order follow up for assigned customers
• Monitoring purchase orders created daily to ensure they meet the vendor requirements and product is delivered on time and accurately, including expedited requests
• Processing purchase orders in accordance to the company's audit standard's and procedures
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors, factories, and customers
• Analyzing required documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a through understanding of the project at hand
• Acquiring and preparing factory cost quotes for customer part requests
• Monitoring inventory and issue purchase orders to refill stock
• Other duties assigned

Requirements

• Must have strong customer service mindset and personality
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills; written and verbal
• Must have strong math skills and the ability to read and interpret technical documents
• Time Management is a must in this position
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Must have previous MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point)
• Experience in an ERP system is a plus
• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in data entry environment, preferably B2B distribution

Salary is $40k and $45k with bonus

Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday - Friday
