Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is engaged in a search for Service Coordinator for our Northwest Houston client. This poistion will be a temporary-to-hire position working with an established, successful company. You will have the ability to learn and grow your career. The ideal candidate will be willing to jump in and help in multiple areas wherever they may be needed at any given moment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communications skills
- High school diploma
- Positive, flexible personality
- 2-3 years administrative business experience
- Must have some experience with invoicing
- Must have business professional customer service experience
- Good MS Office skills
Responsibilities:
- Will work with multiple internal departments including shipping, purchasing, accounting and warranty
- Assist customers with invoice issues
- Resolves customer issues
- Confirms customer files are updated in the system
- Creates and sends invoices
- Strong data entry
