Position: Temporary Property Manager (On-site)
Location: Georgetown TX
Duration: July 1 - October 1 (with potential for permanent position)
Pay Rate: $28 - $32 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (40 hours per week)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Temporary Property Manager to oversee a multi-family apartment building in Georgetown, Texas. This in-person role is crucial to maintaining high standards of property management and tenant satisfaction during the specified period. There is potential for this position to become permanent if the current manager does not return from leave.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the on-site team, including the Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Technician, and Leasing Agent.
- Tenant Relations: Ensure tenant satisfaction by addressing concerns, overseeing rent collection, and managing evictions when necessary.
- Property Maintenance: Oversee and manage all asset maintenance projects to ensure the property is well-maintained and meets safety standards.
- Reporting: Work closely with the Asset Manager, providing regular updates, and ensuring all property needs and goals are met.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in property management, particularly with multi-family apartment buildings.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage staff and interact with tenants effectively.
- Ability to handle rent collection, evictions, and maintenance projects.
- Availability to work in-person from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
-Availability to field emergency calls after work hours to relay info to maintenance techs/appropriate personnel in the event of emergency
Compensation:
- The pay rate for this position is between $28 and $32 per hour, depending on experience.
Additional Information:
- This is a temporary position from July 1 to October 1. However, there is potential for this position to become permanent if the current manager does not return from leave.
- 1 week training ramp up with the primary property manager before they go on leave and assistance from Asset Manager after that to get started.
- Major Holidays will be off
