Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers or promote new offers
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish (Preferred, but not required)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
This position is part-time. You will work 3 days a week (flexible) and be on call either every other weekend or one day every weekend.
