Exciting, growing, profitable company seeking a true road warrior. In the need of the services of an outgoing, self-motivated entrepreneur to help us grow our business and your income servicing salons in the territory of Dallas, TX and surrounding areas.
This area will be covered every other week with the alternating 2 weeks spent outside of the home city and traveling by vehicle to other areas of the state to perform the same services in open territories outside of the home area. Seeking qualified sales professionals with proven track record within the hair care, health or beauty industries.
USP, LLC is the parent company of ENJOY Professional Hair Care, Enjoy Holistic, F18 Hair Care, Colure, and SkinJoy. The core objective for a USP, LLC Outside Sales Representative is to offer complete "direct to salon" sales, service and brand advocacy in their market.
Expectations may include but are not limited to:
**Excellent organizational skills for strategic planning and committed follow through with salon customers
**Business Development activities including Product Knowledge "sell-in" activities supported by educational Market Development "sell-through" support strategies
**Consistent communication with USP, LLC internal staff for support (Business Development Coordinator, Education Representative, Sales and Distribution Executives)
**Reliable execution of overall corporate sales and education objectives
**Ability to share top line product knowledge and selling strategies with salon owners and stylists to influence sell through of retail products
**Field partnership with local USP Education Consultants to ensure continued Market Development in assigned territory
**Achieve sales goals in assigned territory to include new growth and existing account expansion
**Compliance with all corporate directives and goals to ensure continued growth for each market
** Ability to travel out of the area every other week once training is completed. All travel expenses paid by the company and reimbursement compensation for misc. expenses
** Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (bilingual in Spanish a bonus, but not required).
