Job Title : Administrative Professional - Direct Hire

Location : Silver Spring, MD

Annual Salary : $43,000 - $45,000

Schedule : Includes some Saturdays

Job Description : Ultimate Staffing is looking for empathetic and compassionate Administrative Professionals for a direct hire role based in Silver Spring, MD.

Key Duties :

• Support for Families and Visitors : Offer kind and helpful assistance to families, visitors, and vendors. Answer questions, guide visitors, and ensure they have a positive experience.
• Burial Service Coordination : Collaborate with families and funeral directors to organize burial services. Handle plot coordination, equipment setup, and necessary documentation.
• Accurate Record Maintenance : Keep meticulous records of interments, lot ownership, and other important information using cemetery management software.
• Financial Transaction Assistance : Process financial transactions for plot sales, interments, and monument installations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and financial reporting.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in cemetery services, funeral services, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings.
• Sensitivity to cultural and religious practices related to burial and remembrance.
