Job Description
We are seeking a motivated experienced Call Center Agent to join our team located in Manchester, NH.
Job Description :
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary role will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, provide product / services information, resolve customer queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
SCHEDULE : Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday - Thursday - 12PM-8PM
SALARY : $18 / hourly
LOCATION : Manchester, NH (on-site)
WHAT YOU'LL DO :
- Answer incoming calls professionally and respond to customer inquiries or issues promptly.
- Provide information about products / services and recommend solutions to customer concerns.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED :
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a call center representative.
- Strong phone handling skills and active listening.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
