Collections Account Representative

Location : Strafford County, New Hampshire (100% onsite)

Pay / Compensation : $18-$20 / hourly Uncapped Commission (Average performers earn nearly $70,000 - $100,000 in first year)

A privately woman-owned company is looking to add a charismatic and experienced Collections Account Representative to their team to support their collections department.

The ideal candidate for this position will utilize their persuasive communication style to strategically negotiate outstanding debt from its customers.

Hours :

• Monday, Tuesday, Friday (8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm)
• Wednesday OR Thursday (10 : 00am - 7 : 00pm)

Responsibilities :

• Perform 100 outbound collection calls daily to collect on outstanding balances
• Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues and assist with inquiries related to payment histories
• Conduct account research and maintain accurate aging reports
• Reconcile and resolve account discrepancies

Qualifications :

• Prior Collections or A / R experience Preferred
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
