Job Description
A large manufacture of innovative products for the construction of commercial buildings is seeking a Commercial Sales Rep.
Pay : $25 / hr
Hours : Monday-Friday from 8am-4 : 30pm.
Opportunity to work Hybrid 3 days at home and 2 days in office after 6 months.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Responsible for establishing, developing, and maintaining working relationships with new and existing customers by leveraging marketing efforts (Ex : mailers and tradeshow leads), existing database, online investigation, referrals, and other avenues.
Outbound prospecting required.
Explain key benefits of the product line(s) and how they fit in with the customer's current line distribution or online offering, projects, and facility.
Proactively promote and cross-sell product lines to all customers and identifying opportunities to upsell.
Full Account management of various size accounts. Provide timely customer support by fielding questions regarding products, technical questions, installations, accurate product / shipping quotes, samples, and any other questions as they arise.
Monitor account sales reports regular to ensure they are pacing to expectation.
e. CRM, NAV, Orders, Returns, POP requests, Customer Overviews and Team Supporting documents, etc.) Using Excel to create spreadsheets is required.
