Client Job Description

Due to continued growth, one of our premier partners, a distinguished HVAC company located in the vibrant city of Portland, Oregon, is looking to hire an exceptional Estimator for their Bid Department. The Estimator is an individual contributor position within the Bid Department. The Bid Estimator will be part of a five-person team, working together to ensure that timely and accurate proposals are generated and submitted. This role is for someone who prefers to work independently, but also open to team collaboration.

Estimator Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in evaluating prints, doing takeoffs, pricing, and creating proposals.
• Familiarity with HVAC-specific estimating software is a bonus! including:
  • On Screen Takeoff (OST)
  • Bluebeam
  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
• Must have relevant construction industry experience.

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 Salary DOE

Location: SE Portland
