Facilities Technician III needed in Camarillo, CA

1st shift

Pay Range : $26.00 - $36.00 / hour

Must Haves :

• Must have strong HVAC experience.
• High School diploma and five years plus of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• The ability to utilize basic computer skills is essential including the use of MS Office, email communications, word processing, as well as the ability to work with Computerized Maintenance Management systems software.
• Communicate effectively both orally and writing.
• Ability to work with little to no supervision.

Position Summary :

Join our dynamic team who is responsible for keeping our rapidly growing office and production facilities in excellent condition, thus enabling our employees to perform their work effectively and efficiently.

As a member of our team, the Facilities Maintenance Technician III will perform scheduled building maintenance tasks as well as additional unique tasks related to the expansion of our facilities.

• Train and lead other Facilities staff.
• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repair work on facility mechanical, electrical, and other installed systems.
• Perform moderate and major repairs and / or replacement of plumbing fixtures, valves and other devices as required.
• Repair and oversee maintenance of HVAC systems and associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and building repairs including the monitoring of outside vendors.
• Respond to emergencies and support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.

Skills and experience needed :

• High School diploma and five years plus of related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
