Temporary Grants and Sponsorship Assistant

Location : Rockville, MD- Free parking

Pay : $33-$36 / hr. depending on experience / education (Min 3-5 years)

Schedule : Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week

Hours : 9 : 30am start time-7.5 hrs. a day

Remote, except meets every other Wednesday in the office

Screening : Background check

• Currently use MemberClicks and transitioning to HubSpot.
• Must understand the Grants and Sponsorship process.
• Will be doing all the follow up work to a grant.
• Maintain records, will coordinate with Accounting to maintain financial reporting on federal and nonfederal awards and sponsorships.
• Complete and submit post meeting program and financial reports to sponsors.
• Manages sponsor benefits brochure and sponsor contracts / agreements.
• Handles overall fulfillment of benefits, including complimentary registrations, collecting logo, and maintaining sponsor acknowledgement .
• Shipping and distribution of materials.
• Customer service to sponsors.
• Generate invoices and receipts as needed.
