Human Resources Assistant

$21 / hour

Fully Onsite

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Responsible for retrieving voicemails and forwarding to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a well-organized office to support efficient functioning of the Human Resources Department.
• File all sick and vacation forms that will be housed outside of the personnel files.
• Must guard sensitive and confidential information with great discretion.
• Assist Sr. Recruiter by screening candidates, scheduling appointments and booking conference rooms.
• Able to walk around the facility frequently throughout the day.
• Distribute and follow-up on paperwork.
• Assist Training Specialist with scanning, reviewing and saving training documentation.
• Post memos around the facility and remove when appropriate.
• Ensure all postings around the facility are in good order.
• Review and sort employee timesheets during payroll processing.
• Track and enter missing punches in UKG.
• Prepare, review, and calculate temporary employee's timecards.
• Ensure office supplies are available at all times and order replacement items before they deplete.
• Regular, punctual attendance.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
