Job Duties :

• Handle a high volume of incoming calls from individuals involved in various settlements.
• Provide excellent customer service while investigating and answering claimant questions.
• Perform data entry to transcribe phone calls.
• Assist with troubleshooting data irregularities.
• Make callbacks to individuals who left voicemails.
• Maintain high accuracy and effectively resolve calls.
• Transfer data from hard copy to a digital database.
• Assist with invoicing as needed.

Requirements :

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check required prior to starting.
• Experience in call center, receptionist, or equivalent office phone roles reflected on your resume.
• Confidence to quickly learn the job and grasp details.
• Excellent attendance and reliability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with a polite and pleasant demeanor.
