Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is looking for an Inside Sales Support Representative for a well-established biotechnology company in the South St.

Louis County area. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred, not required), proven experience in a similar role (preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry), strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in CRM software, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of biotechnology products and industry trends.

Compensation : $48-52K (Depending on Experience) ($22-25 / hr) May be negotiable for the right candidate

Status : Temp to Hire

Hours : Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5 : 30 pm (I hour lunch)

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Support :

Provide assistance to customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and deliveries.Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring a positive customer experience.

Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and requirements.

Order Processing :

Process sales orders accurately and in a timely manner.Coordinate with various departments, including logistics and inventory, to ensure on-time delivery of products.

Maintain and update customer databases with order details.

Sales Team Assistance :

Collaborate with the sales team to generate and qualify leads.Assist in the preparation of sales proposals and quotations.

Provide administrative support to the sales representatives.

Product Knowledge :

Stay informed about the biotechnology products and services offered by the company.Communicate product features and benefits to customers.

Documentation :

Maintain accurate and organized records of sales-related activities.Prepare reports on sales metrics, order status, and customer interactions.

Communication :

Communicate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and customer support.Collaborate with external partners and vendors as needed.

Market Research :

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.Provide feedback to the sales and marketing teams based on customer interactions.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. (Chemistry, Biology)
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the biotechnology or life sciences industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of biotechnology products and industry trends.
