Manufacturing Customer Service Representative Job Description

Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Provide information about products and services to customers.
• Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the cause.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily.
• Assist in developing customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to learn and understand manufacturing processes and products.
