Job Description

As a Medical Records Specialist, you will be tasked with assembling and distributing medical records according to established guidelines.

Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless transition of information by managing all medical record activities before and after services.

Job Duties / Description :

• Organize and maintain medical records efficiently.
• Scan and integrate electronic medical records.
• Monitor the entire lifecycle of medical records.
• Prepare and handle outgoing records.
• Coordinate records for various services.
• Manage multimedia medical information.
• Communicate with provider offices and clients email to provide updates on medical record status.
• Process requests for medical records.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in using company computer systems, databases, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Maintain a satisfactory attendance record.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Competence in using basic office equipment.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions accurately.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Additional Info :

• Pay range : $19 / hr
• Schedule : Alternating shifts of 8 : 30 am-5 pm and 7 : 30 am-4 pm each week.
• Location : 100% in-office in Golden Valley, MN
