Job Description: House Account Manager

Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA

Position: House Account Manager (Working with Existing Clients)

Status: Temp-to-Hire (Start on Monday)

Pay: $22-25/hour

Interview Process: One Zoom Interview

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PMPosition Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive House Account Manager to join a great company in San Juan Capistrano, CA. This is a temp-to-hire position with an immediate start, offering an excellent opportunity to manage and nurture relationships with existing clients. If you have experience in account management and a knack for customer service, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing Updates: Regularly update and manage pricing information for clients and vendors.
  • Contractual Work: Handle and manage contracts efficiently, ensuring compliance and proper documentation.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining strong, positive relationships with house accounts.
  • Organization: Maintain a structured and organized approach to manage tasks, responsibilities, and communication.
  • Email Etiquette: Communicate professionally and effectively with vendors and clients via email, maintaining a courteous and clear tone.
  • Operational and Sales Support: Collaborate closely with operational and sales teams to ensure seamless processes and support business objectives.
  • Issue Resolution: Proactively address and resolve issues, such as damaged filters, including sourcing vendors for repairs and communicating new pricing to clients.
  • Proactive Account Management: Organize and manage the process of reaching out to house accounts, ensuring regular contact and support rather than waiting for client initiation.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in account management, customer service, or related roles is highly preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Foundation, Bluebeam, and HubSpot is a plus.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in a professional setting.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively, maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork skills, with a collaborative approach to working with both operational and sales teams.
  • Initiative: A proactive approach to managing accounts and resolving issues
