Accounting Assistant with QuickBooks experience
Location: Fresno, CA
Part-time: M, W, F 8am-5pm
Pay Rate: $25-28 per hour
Duties:
- Full cycle payroll for 25-50 employees
- Accounts Receivable
- Accounts Payable
- General Ledger Posting
- Bank reconciliation
- Credit card Reconciliation
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in a bookkeeper or Accounting role
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work a part time schedule
