Ultimate Staffing is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk that can start ASAP in West Jordan, UT.
Pay: $30/hr
Hybrid position.
The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end accounts payable process in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:- Processing invoices
- Performing 3-way matching
- Conducting vendor statement reconciliations
- Providing essential support to the accounting team with any special projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years accounts payable experience with high volume
- Ability to multitask and be technologically savvy
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Must have NetSuite experience
- Experience with multiple subsidiaries
- Maintain accurate and organized records
