A Tampa Bay CPA Firm located in Clearwater is seeking an Administrative Assistant to assist in their busy office. They were founded in 1946 and have provided the community with comprehensive and strategic family wide and closely held business tax planning. They strive to maximize the income and preserve the wealth of both the current and future generations.

** This is an in-office position-- NO REMOTE WORK AVAILABLE!**

The Administrative Assistant will be assisting the firm with all office support.

Duties:

• Answering phones
• Transferring calls to the appropriate team member and/ or take a message
• Scanning and filing as needed
• Supporting the office staff and CPA's in the firm
• Updating Tablet- If Zoom needs updating, being proactive with updating before meetings and integrating zoom and calendars.
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a CPA firm or Law firm is a plus
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Must be capable of multi-tasking in a busy office
• Must be able to take direction easily
• Must be tech savvy
• Must be able to work within 5 different software programs

Hours: 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $20.00/ Hour
