Our client, a longstanding financial company, is looking for a temporary aadministrative assisant to join their team in Englewood Cliffs, NJ! The ideal candidate will have preivious office experience and work well in a fast pace environment.

Job Title : TEMP Administrative Assistant

Job Location : Engelwood Cliffs, NJ

Job Type : Temp HYBRID (Monday to Thursday on site, Fridays work from home)

Salary : up to $22.00 / hour, depending on experience

Schedule : APRIL 1st-MAY 31st, day shift, 9 : 00am-5 : 30pm

Job Requirements : Must have at least 2 years of data entry or administrative experience

Job Description :

• data entry, administrative tasks (filing, scanning, scheduleing appointments, follow ups via email)
• support financial team with other ad hoc duties- processing- 80% data entry
• must be profficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
• managing incoming mail Skills
• Good Communication and organizational skills
• Must be able to maintain confidentiality
