Requirements - What Matters Most

• A minimum of 2 years of related office experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook - QuickBooks is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to details.
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain day to day activities and calendar.
• Make domestic and internal travel arrangements.
• Meeting coordination, prepare agendas, schedule catering.
• Process expense reports through Concur Solutions.
• Prepares reports and conduct research on an as needed basis.
• Attend meetings and record minutes.
