Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative and operational support to Insurance Advisor's clients / book of business. Duties include : onboarding new clients, collecting required information / documentation, generating documents, assisting in claim reporting, and recommending additional coverage as needed.
• Troubleshoot issues with clients regarding accounts.
• Maintain client database and keep information up to date.
• Answer any customer questions via phone or email regarding insurance policies such as premiums, coverage, etc.
• Pre-qualifying and analyzing future client needs while recommending coverage.
• Assists and administers departmental projects including process improvement, procedure creation and implementation.

Requirements :

• Required : 1 years of professional office work experience in an admin support, sales support, customer service, etc., line of work.
• Highly preferred and will consider higher pay rate for experience in the insurance industry and / or having a license in Property & Casualty insurance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Serves as a subject matter expert in one or more functional areas of the department.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8 : 00am- 5 : 00pm
• Location : 100% in office in Golden Valley, MN

$20-$24 / hr
