Ultimate Staffing is Hiring a Call Center Manager Near Plymouth, MN

Job Description:

  • Staff Management: Manages staffing to align with dynamic business schedules.
  • Telesales Oversight: Supervises all Telesales activities and guides the development and review of Telesales Representatives, holding regular performance meetings.
  • Training: Trains Telesales Representatives to ensure effective performance.
  • Professional Development: Promotes staff training in systems, sales, and industry knowledge.
  • Workflow Management: Delegates responsibilities and prioritizes projects to oversee workflow.
  • Floor Support: Provides support in the Telesales center, answering questions and managing workflow.
  • Campaign Management: Ensures campaigns and tasks are completed efficiently and correctly as per requirements.
  • Objective Planning: Plans and implements daily, weekly, and monthly objectives for the Telesales Department.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Updates other departments on the progress of tasks and assignments.
  • Data Reporting: Collects and presents monthly procurement data to management.
  • Consulting and Support: Assists with challenging Telesales situations and performs Telesales functions as needed.
  • Professional Representation: Represents the company professionally.
  • Business Development: Generates new business and maintains relationships with businesses and corporations.
  • Training and Meetings: Attends required trainings, workshops, and meetings.
  • Staffing Levels: Ensures adequate staffing levels are met.
  • Conflict Resolution: Resolves partner and staffing concerns professionally.
  • Other Duties: Completes additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Operations.
Supervisory Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Two Telesales Managers directly supervise 12-30 employees in the Telesales Department.
  • Policy Compliance: Supervises in accordance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • HR Functions: Responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, planning, assigning work, appraising performance, rewarding, disciplining employees, and resolving problems.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2-4 years of call center management experience required; 2-4 years of sales and customer service experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership ability and a successful track record with a call center team.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of applicable advertising laws and branding compliance.
  • Project Management: Experience developing implementation plans, communicating change effectively, and managing multiple deadlines.
  • Multitasking: Excellent judgment and discretion; ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and manage work-related stress.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of relationship and contract management systems; proficiency in Word and Excel; and familiarity with Outlook for email and internet software.

Additional Info:

  • Pay rate: $75k-$85k
  • Schedule: 8:30am - 5pm Mon - Friday
  • Location: 100% in office
