Ultimate Staffing is Hiring a Client Support Manager Near West Haven, CT

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Manager for our esteemed client based in West Haven, CT. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote and on-site work, providing flexibility and a collaborative work environment.

This is a direct placement opportunity with a base salary range from $70,000-$95,000 plus annual incentives around 10%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 10 customer service representatives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Handle high-level problem-solving and decision-making tasks, ensuring swift resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular performance reviews.
  • Utilize strong technical skills to oversee the use of customer service software and tools, ensuring optimal team performance.
  • Adapt to changing business needs, demonstrating the ability to pivot and make quick decisions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to align customer service strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in leading and managing customer service teams of 10 or more.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions.
  • Strong technical proficiency, with experience using customer service software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
