Customer Service Rep / Design Consultant
Ultimate Staffing is working with an established client in the bath and kitchen design industry seeking a Customer Service Rep / Design Consultant to join their team.
Salary: $45,000 - $52,000 based on experience
100% in office near Severna Park, Maryland
Tuesday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and client-focused Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with customers to understand their vision and guide them through the selection of marble and tile products that best suit their design needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to determine their design preferences and project requirements.
Provide expert advice on product selection, color schemes, and layout options.
Create design plans and visual presentations to help clients visualize their projects.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
