Job Duties :

• Customer Interaction : Handle inbound and outbound calls using a provided script to collect outstanding debt.
• Payment Plans : Set up and negotiate payment plans with customers.
• Training : Participate in a 2-week paid training program

Requirements :

• Organizational Skills : Must be well-organized with good time management abilities.
• Communication : Ability to communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
• Technical Skills : Basic computer experience required.
• Math Skills : Basic math skills are needed.
• Language Skills : Bilingual or multilingual abilities are preferred but not required.
• Screening : Background and drug tests are mandatory.
• Work Environment : This is an onsite position

Shift / Hours :

• Monday-Friday, with two shift options :
• 10 : 30 AM - 6 : 00 PM
• 11 : 30 AM - 8 : 00 PM

Starting Pay rate range :

• $15.00 - $16.00 per hour.
• Bi-weekly performance bonus incentives are available.
