Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a growing Facilities Services company in Irvine, CA. As a Customer Service Rep, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.

Location : Onsite, Irvine

Employment Type : Full Time, Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Salary: $19 - $22 hourly ( DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone and email to provide information and resolve inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns with patience and empathy, aiming for a positive resolution.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating customer accounts.
• Order Management: Manage, organize, and update orders accurately and efficiently.

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and support tools.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain detailed records.
