Ultimate Staffing is Hiring a Customer support representative Near Eagan, MN
We have multiple openings for a Customer Support Representative! This position is primarily phone-based, requiring comfort with managing a high volume of calls daily.
The role may involve occasional email support and data entry, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive experience for consumers.
Monday - Friday 10 : 30am-7 : 00pm
Pay : $40,000 annually
Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support and assistance to consumers on hearing instruments and connectivity products.
- Manage approximately 20 calls per day, offering support and answering basic questions.
- Provide professional solutions, support, and assistance to consumer requests, inquiries, problems, and complaints.
- Maintain call logs and detailed reports in multiple systems.
- Handle consumer calls and emails to create a positive experience and build confidence in our brands.
- Enter notes for each consumer interaction into contact management software.
- Promote our products and services.
- Collect and relay possible trends, problems, and suggestions for improvement to the Supervisor.
- Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects as directed by the Supervisor.
Qualifications :
- Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
- MUST be tech-savvy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Must speak and write clearly and professionally.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- Experience with Bluetooth and mobile devices is preferred.
- Patience in working with users who may be new to technology.
- Genuine interest and desire to help people.
- Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
