Great Front Desk service Opportunity for Education Company!
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of customer service or administrative experience. Must be a people person and enjoy helping others.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting incoming students
- Assisting students with questions about classes and providing a tour to orient where students should go upon arrival
- Checking students in for testing
- Assisting with online chats
This is a full time position and must have flexibility to work between the hours of 6am and 7pm M-F and 1 Saturday a month that is half day.
