General Description

Human Resources (HR) Managers play a pivotal role in organizations by overseeing various aspects of human resource management. Their responsibilities span from recruitment and employee relations to policy development and strategic planning. Must have benefits administration experience.
Responsibilities include:
* Develop and implement effective recruitment and staffing strategies.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks and communicate benefits information to employees.
    * Coordinate and conduct interviews, select candidates, and manage the onboarding process.
    * Address and resolve employee relations issues, conflicts, and concerns.
    * Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
    * Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.
    * Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    * Oversee the design and administration of employee compensation and benefits programs.
    * Conduct salary reviews and manage performance-based compensation.
    * Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
    * Implement initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
    * Provide guidance on goal setting and performance improvement plans.
    * Promote diversity and inclusion within the workplace.
    * Implement initiatives to create an inclusive and equitable environment.
    * Stay informed about labor laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
    * Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws.
    * Develop and implement health and safety policies.
    * Ensure accurate and secure record-keeping of employee information.

    * Mediate and resolve workplace conflicts and disputes and conduct investigations into employee complaints.
    * Contribute to organizational strategic planning.
    * Identify opportunities for organizational development and improvement.
    * Manage employee terminations and conduct exit interviews.
    * Develop and implement effective internal communication strategies.
