Our client in Boca Raton is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist to develop, implement, and continuously improve their training program. This role ensures that training is effectively delivered at all levels of the organization, supporting the advancement of the company's mission and values. The schedule is Monday - Friday, with traditional hours and 100% on-site. Local candidate only!

Responsibilities:

• Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence.
• Utilize adult learning principles to design and develop learning solutions that meet diverse learning objectives and styles.
• Deliver engaging training programs that produce desired outcomes and respond to learners' needs.
• Assist in creating, scheduling, and facilitating site-wide cGMP training for all relevant staff.
• Develop and facilitate training initiatives and curriculum for specific roles and departments.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation training.
• Review and improve standard operating procedures and training programs across the company.
• Assist functional areas in developing training materials for departmental SOPs.
• Participate in developing training metrics to maintain compliance.
• Provide feedback to departments to ensure compliance with established procedures and processes.
• Oversee job-specific departmental training, assess program effectiveness, and initiate improvement plans.
• Enter training information into the electronic quality management system.
• Process training records, materials, and assignments as needed.
• Coordinate and perform additional activities or projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Manufacturing, Compliance, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control.
• At least one year of experience leading training initiatives and continuous improvement in a regulated environment.
