Our client, one of Portland's top employers has engaged our firm in their search for a Leave Administrator to join their team. The Leave Administrator will oversee and administer leave requests and partner with HR regarding accommodations requiring specialized attention, particularly those arising under the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), state and local leave laws, and long-term disability plans. The Leave Administrator role involves processing leave requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing support to employees and managers regarding leave-related inquiries.
