Our client is a P&C insurance company based out of St Petersburg. They are seeking a Licensed Sales Agent who is results oriented, self -motivated , and disciplined with impeccable communication skills. Must be comfortable selling and servicing Flood insurance policies nationwide. To be successful in this role you must have strong organizational and problem solving skills. Holds self and others accountable for the impact on profitability by developing and maintaining successful client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Writing and selling new flood policies nationwide on behalf of the company and other clients
• Utilizing a CRM, AMS360 and ImageRight on a daily basis to track client contacts
• Data entry of work daily and updating client information
• Producing letters, maintaining and updating current database information
• Creating new database information for new business
• Comfortable processing endorsements and cancellations of policies
• Answering agency Queue-Receiving phone calls for new business quotes
• Servicing existing insured's
• Developing strong relationships with customers long-term to achieve desired production and profitability results by developing individual performance objectives and commitments for performance objectives for each agent-partner

Qualifications/ Requirements

• 220- agent license required
• A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
• Must have three years of previous insurance experience and three years of flood insurance is desired
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• CRM/ AMS360/ ImageRight experience is helpful
• Must have a sense of urgency and be capable of working in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be capable of interacting with all levels of company personnel, developing and maintaining business relationships with insurance carriers and customers, while maintaining confidentiality of clients' records
• Must be capable of of changing priorities as needed

Pay Rate: $23.00 - $25.00/ Hour Quarterly commission bonus of up to $2,000

Hours: 9:00AM - 6:00PM Monday - Friday

Must be able to travel into the office; St Petersburg
