Logistics Admin Analyst Assistant

Hybrid, Must be Austin Local: Will work hybrid(3 days in office, 2 days at home)

6 month contract

Pay: $25 - $28/hr

Hours: M-F 8am-5pm

We are looking for a Logistics Admin Analyst Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be someone who has Excel experience, data entry, and record keeping. This role requires refreshing Excel docs, sending emails, and follow-ups.

Duties:

• Track and Trace - PO updating
• Shrink call outs
• Gateway tasks
• Case Marking Reviews
• Export and distribute automated reports from Power Bi
• Communicate with distributors to enter LTO scripted PO's and NPD first production forecasts.
• Confirm quantities and ETA's are placed accurately.
• Reach out to Sourcing teams to update LTOOS dates.
• Miscellaneous administrative work

Experience:

• Strong Excel skills
• Power Bi
• Logistics background preferred, not required.
