Ultimate Staffing is Hiring a Sales Rep Near Anaheim, CA

Specialty Contractor in the field of Dust Collection looking for a technically oriented sales specialist. Job includes direct contact with various manufacturing companies to determine their needs with regard to the Manufacturing process (Dust, Mist or Fumes). The candidate will be required to provide quotations that incorporate duct transport velocities, necessary types of filtration equipment for specific operations based on local and national construction codes related to these projects.
Office is located in Anaheim, Ca. Actual Territory to be covered will be mostly Los Angeles County and parts of San Bernardino/Riverside Counties will be implemented as time goes on and training is complete.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Additional requirements will include but not limited to the following:
* Constantly search out and develop new accounts and promote new products.
* Maintain integrity in accordance with company policy.
* Keep accurate customer records
* Keep and submit Sales Management Tool to Sales Manager weekly for review.
* Attend all company sales meetings, training sessions, and events as required by management. Potential Training Out of State (Expenses to be paid by Company).
* Follow through on all specific inquiries made by the company and customers as well as leads assigned to you in a timely manner.
* Makes sales calls in a manner and frequency as directed by the sales manager.
* Accept full sales responsibility for those accounts assigned to you.
* Investigate and rectify all complaints from customers, or as directed by the sales manager.
* Constantly strive to increase your product knowledge and improve your sales ability.
* Cooperate fully with all departments according to company policy.
* Act in accordance with company policies on all forms and procedures that pertain to sales.
* To produce written proposals to customers based on job requirements
REQUIREMENTS
* Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience (Must have cold calling experience: door to door )
* Great verbal, written communication and phone skills
* Good organizational and follow through skills
* Clean Driving Record - California Drivers License
* Technical Background is Helpful
* Experience with Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing
* Basic knowledge or MS Word, Outlook and Excel
* Knowledge or experience with QuickBooks
PAY SCHEDULE
* Base Salary Bonus and Commission
* Company Vehicle & Phone
* Vacation Pay, Health Insurance and 401K
