Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a National Agricultural Organization to find a HR leader to join their growing company on a contract basis. This will be a full-time role with the potential to transition to a direct contractor of the organization. Ideal candidates will have 8 years of HR Management experience across all areas of human resources and take an entrepreneurial approach to their current HR practices.
Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager
Location: Chesterfield, MO- Hybrid
Status: Long-term, on-going contract
Schedule: Mon - Fri, Days
Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000- negotiable based on experience
Responsibilities:
* Develop competitive employment payment and benefits plans based on relevant data.
* Utilize HR software to streamline payroll and benefits administration.
* Prepare payroll budgets and implement pay structure revisions.
* Update job requirements and descriptions for all positions.
* Establish and manage candidate screening and interviewing processes.
* Conduct and analyze exit interviews and make actionable recommendations based on data.
* Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing policies that comply with the
* applicable laws, conducting investigations, and implementing appropriate corrective action.
* Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
* Manage and maintain employee HR files and records.
* Collaborate with management to establish and reinforce organizational culture.
* Create and manage a performance appraisal system that drives organizational performance and
* development.
* Assess employee training needs and implement applicable HR training programs.
* Develop and implement a comprehensive new employee onboarding program.
* Implement workplace safety procedures and execute best practices to manage risk.
* Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, complaints, grievances,
* and other issues.
* Nurture a positive working environment
Required Experience and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 10 years of experience in human resources or a related field.
* Experience with HR metrics and knowledge of HR systems and databases.
* Entrepreneurial approach to building, creating, and deploying employee programs designed to boost productivity, performance, and workplace culture.
