The Role

• Ensures customer satisfaction and proper adoption of Microsoft solutions. Acts a partner to our customers to deliver value, maximize our capability, and improve their overall experience.
• Participates in key projects as an Adoption and Change Management Specialist (ACM) responsible for creating project- / client-specific ACM Plans as needed (e.g., Training Plans, Communication Plans, Resistance Management Plans, etc.).
• Assists BU Leader in creating / validating ACM portions of select proposals and SOWs.
