Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and passionate Service Consultant to join our team at Ultra Cryo and Recovery. This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout their cryotherapy and recovery journey. As a Service Consultant, you will be the face of our company and will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients have a positive and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they enter the facility
- Provide detailed information about our services and answer any inquiries
- Schedule appointments and manage the booking system
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best service
- Create customized recovery plans for clients based on their goals
- Guide clients through the entire process of cryotherapy and recovery treatments
- Monitor client progress and make recommendations for additional services if needed
- Handle customer complaints and find resolutions in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized facility at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and new services offered
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all client needs are met and exceeded
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred, but not required
- Passion for health and wellness and a desire to make a difference in people's lives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and software
- Must be able to work weekends and evenings
