• Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
• Complete First Article Inspections (FAI)
• Complete Request for Engineering Approval Inspections (REA)
• Complete Non-Conformance Handling
• Complete Incoming Material Inspections
• Monitor and prioritize Hot Part processing to production floor
• Complete DMR and RMA Processing
• Constant Interface with QE’s to resolve issues
• Operate advanced inspection and Test Equipment (Instron, CMM, FARO Arm, etc)
• Responsible for staying in compliance with EEO, ADA and all other applicable governmental requirements the company is required to be in compliance with.
• All staff is required to take reasonable care for their own health and safety by adhering to established safety policies and procedures, to not willfully place at risk the health or safety of any individual and to wear personal protective equipment as specified in work instructions.
• Performs all other duties as required, requested or needed.

Education and Experience Requirements :

Must be a US Citizen. Must have an associate degree in engineering, applied science, quality assurance or an associated field.

Five years of experience in quality or a quality related field, in a manufacturing environment.

Other :

• Must have excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Must have excellent understanding in root cause analysis and the ability to lead teams in the use of the data.
• Must be willing to travel to Suppliers (
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), ERP systems, Minitab and other Quality assurance tools.
