You will be fully trained in the knowledge of artificial turf. You will also be trained on negotiation skills and estimating software.

Installation Sales position:

• Preset appointments with qualified homeowners wanting turf installation
• Presenting estimates to homeowners - Strong focus on meeting the needs of the customer
• Uncapped commission
• Managing install projects
• Attend weekly team meetings
• Knowledge on all products and services offered
• Ability to correctly quote customers on site
• Working with customers on issues with installation
• Walking sites with customers/installers on job start date
