The Role - Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, you will communicate throughout all levels of the organization and will utilize knowledge, experience, data, and instinct to make decisions. The Director of Operations must make customers the number one priority.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop a strategy and long-term improvement plans for business operations management to include automation, cost control, shipping and logistics, bidding and process refinement
• Prioritize capital expenditures for best returns
• Ensure our customer demands are met or exceeding our commitments
• Ensure cost effective and operationally sound distribution and sales models for our products
• Coach a regional team and help them to collaborate effectively to reduce costs and optimize the businesses expansion efforts
• Ensure all initiatives and processes are in alignment with Ultravisions’ strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, S&OP and the Commercial teams

What You’ll Bring:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; and Master’s Degree Preferred
• 8 years of managerial experience preferred
• Demonstrated successful experience in manufactured products and go-to-market strategies
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies… (Lean, 5S, Six Sigma)

This is not a remote position. Primary location for this position will be at our Corporate Office located in Dallas, Texas
