Customer Service Responsibilities
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and telephone.
- Providing information by referring to published materials or escalating complex issues.
- Utilizing computerized systems for data entry, information gathering, and issue resolution.
- Recording and tracking consistent problem areas for improvement.
- Proficiency in navigating computerized data entry systems.
- Limited knowledge of the organization's products and services.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, both verbal and written.
- College degree preferred but not required.
- Option 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm EST.
- Option 2: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm EST.
- No mandatory overtime required.
- The role is based 100% onsite at the Cranberry office.
- This is currently a temporary position, offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service skills and contribute to our team.
