- Outreach assistance and event coordination.
- Coordination and note-taking for subcommittee meetings.
- Managing the Indiana Commission for Women - Torchbearer Awards.
- Completing other tasks as assigned.
- Maintaining partnership databases for the Indiana Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs partner organizations and the Indiana Native American Indian Affairs Commission.
- Coordinating grant programs for the Indiana Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs.
- Organizing shared drive resources.
- Managing web projects for the Indiana Commission on Hispanic/Latino Affairs, including the resources page.
- Overseeing the license plate marketing campaign for the Indiana Native American Indian Affairs Commission.
