Seeking a skilled Test Technician to join our team Job OverviewReporting to the engineering department, the Test Technician plays a crucial role in conducting tests and verifications on electro and electromechanical equipment to ensure accuracy, productivity, and timely delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities
Conduct mechanical and/or electromechanical testing on small parts as per company procedures
Review documentation to confirm the correct sequence of operations
Test circuitry and components for amplifiers and electronic equipment
Troubleshoot circuits and components using schematic drawings
Utilize a variety of test equipment for diagnostics, including oscilloscopes and signal generators
Perform troubleshooting and failure analysis of analog and digital circuitry
Provide detailed reports on failures with root cause analysis
Adhere to all company guidelines and safety protocols
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
Education: Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent
Certifications: Vocational training or apprenticeships in a related field
Experience: 2 years in a relevant role
Skills
Strong electrical background with knowledge of microelectronics
Proficient in testing, debugging, and troubleshooting circuits and instruments
Excellent reading and comprehension skills
Strong analytical abilities
Effective oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications
