Summary Of ResponsibilitiesEnsure Efficient Flow of Work and Materials
- Coordinate work and material flow within departments according to production schedule
- Review, pack, mark, and ship Finished Goods
- Communicate with department supervisors to track progress and completion dates
- Compile reports on work progress, inventory levels, costs, and production issues
- Review and fulfill production orders for materials
- Manage material inventories to meet production needs
- Organize delivery and distribution of supplies to support production schedules
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming items
- Handle stock placement and issuance to departments based on manufacturing planning
- Maintain clean and safe work environment following health and safety guidelines
- Execute shipments using UPS, FedEx, and DHL Ship Manager
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by manager
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods
- Capable of lifting up to 30lbs
- Adherence to health and safety protocols
