Role OverviewIn this role, you will contribute to product support functions such as raw stock management, parts identification, shipping, receiving, stockroom operations, and clean operations. Working collaboratively in a team setting, you will assist in the development and implementation of procedures and processes to ensure operational efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesRaw Stock:
- Receive, verify, and locate incoming raw stock materials
- Operate machinery to process stock to required specifications
- Report shortages and issues, maintaining accurate documentation
- Identify parts based on traveler instructions and blueprints
- Mark parts with identification details accurately
- Prepare materials for safe shipment and complete necessary documentation
- Interpret and follow shipping instructions and regulations
- Coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch
- Receive incoming shipments and ensure accuracy of materials
- Update records and verify documentation
- Manage stock inventory, storage, and retrieval
- Fulfill order requirements and conduct inventory counts
- Utilize computer systems for record-keeping
- Clean parts and equipment as per guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment
- Adhere to safety regulations
- High School Diploma
- US Citizenship or Permanent Green Card
- Preferred experience in Shipping/Receiving
- Proficiency in computer operations
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
