EducationQualifications You Need:
- Current RN licensure in Iowa or a valid multi-state license
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing is a plus
- Prior experience in acute care is preferred but not mandatory
- We provide training for new RN graduates
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to the department's requirements
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with the capacity to work independently
- Completion of mandatory courses including BLS, ACLS, and reporting requirements for child and dependent adult abuse from the IA Dept of Human Services
