SummarySeeking a skilled Production Machinist to join our team on the 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday from 3:00pm to 1:30am. The role involves performing specialized machine operations under limited supervision, providing technical assistance to production associates, and ensuring adherence to safety policies and procedures.

- Set up and calibrate complex production equipment.
- Operate and maintain various machining tools.
- Diagnose issues, perform repairs, and replace worn or defective parts.
- Work with precision according to specifications and instructions.
- Fulfill other assigned duties.
- Maintain regular attendance and be willing to work nights, weekends, and additional hours as needed.
- Education: Preferred Secondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Certifications: Vocational training, apprenticeships, or similar experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in semi-repetitive machine operations.
- Proficiency in specialized machine operations.
- Strong knowledge of machining tools.
- Ability to use hand tools and machinery effectively.
- Skilled in interpreting instructions, sketches, and blueprints.
- Problem-solving abilities based on judgment and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
